Privacy
Files you choose and text you enter are processed in your browser. They are not uploaded to our servers and we do not store them. Some tools download the code or data they need (such as OCR language data) from this site the first time you use them.

Is this a legally binding digital signature?
No. This adds a signature image (a picture of your handwritten signature), not a certificate-based digital signature. It does not prove who signed or that the file was not changed afterwards, so check what the recipient and local law require. If the PDF already has a certificate signature, adding an image will invalidate it.
Are my PDF and signature uploaded?
No. Reading, previewing and creating the new file all happen in your browser. Neither the PDF nor your signature leaves your device or is stored.
My signature photo has a white background.
Turn on "Remove white background": near-white areas become transparent and only the ink remains. Sign with a dark pen on white paper for the best result.
How do I adjust position and size?
Pick a common position, then fine-tune with the horizontal and vertical sliders. "Signature width" is a percentage of the page width. The preview updates instantly.
Can I initial every page?
Yes. Choose "All pages" and the signature is placed at the same spot on every page.
How do I sign in several places?
Sign one place and download, then choose the downloaded file again and sign the next place.
