FAQ

Which image formats are supported?

JPG, PNG and WebP, plus other formats your browser can open such as GIF and BMP. iPhone HEIC photos work only in browsers that support them (e.g. Safari); otherwise convert them to JPG first.

Will phone photos appear sideways?

No. The orientation stored in the photo (EXIF) is applied, so portrait and landscape shots are placed the right way up.

Are my images compressed?

Upright JPGs are embedded as they are, without recompression, and PNGs are embedded losslessly. Photos that need rotating and WebP images are re-encoded at high quality.

Which page size should I choose?

For printing or submitting documents, choose A4 or Letter (orientation auto, portrait or landscape). For pages exactly the size of each image with no white border, choose "Same as image" and set margins to None.

Are my images uploaded?

No. The PDF is created in your browser and your images never leave your device.

Can I make the PDF on my phone?

Yes. You pick the photos in your phone's browser and there is nothing to install. Up to 50 images per run, each up to 200 MB. Many high-resolution photos at once can exhaust a phone's memory, so add them in smaller batches there.
