FAQ

Are my PDFs uploaded to a server?

No. Merging happens entirely in your browser and your files never leave your device, so it is safe for contracts, invoices and other private documents.

How do I change the order?

On a computer, drag the files in the list. On a phone, use the ↑ ↓ buttons on each row. Pages are joined from the top of the list to the bottom.

How many files can I merge at once?

Up to 50 files, each up to 200 MB. Very large files may fail on phones because of limited memory, so a computer is recommended for those.

Does merging change the page content?

No. Pages are copied as they are, without recompression or watermarks. Bookmarks (outline), fillable form fields and attachments are not kept.

Can I merge password-protected PDFs?

Not directly. Remove the password first with Unlock PDF, then merge.

Can I merge PDFs on my phone?

Yes. It runs in your phone's browser and there is nothing to install. With very large or very many files a phone may run out of memory, so use a computer for those.
